John Runkle, the founder, owner and managing Broker of Realteam opened our first office in San Bernardino, California in 1994, where he started in a small one-room office. John is a graduate of California State University Fullerton as well as a former US Army Paratrooper and Instructor.

Pene Runkle, co-founder, owner and Marketing Director of all Realteam offices has a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing and was born and raised in Australia. Together, John and Pene bring 32 years of experience within the industry.
Since we strongly believe in quality customer service, integrity and a positive attitude towards the real estate and mortgage business, our company has prospered and grown in leaps and bounds. Today we have offices in California, Nevada, Colorado, Idaho,and are also licensed in Montana, Utah and Australia.
