I have been in
the real estate field for the past twelve years in Southern California.
I did well in the real estate business and met a lot of great people.
Born in Wisconsin, I moved with my family to California in 1969. Having
lived most of my life in Orange County I saw it grow to beyond-crowded.
We started thinking in 2003 about leaving the state due to the changes
in California politics. After traveling thru the western half of the
U.S., my wife, Laurie and I decided that Idaho was our state of choice
and the city of Coeur d'Alene was number one on the list of cities.
If you are considering moving to Idaho, it may be time to take out some
of that equity and invest in your future. I'm extending an invitation to
you to get in early on reasonable home prices. Make the investment now
in condos, duplexes and single family homes at under $150,000. Or you
may want a ranch, priced around $200,000-$350,000, that gives you 1-10
acres and 3,000 or more sq feet of living space. I, Steve Ayles, am
committed to finding your dream home or the perfect investment property.
